At the beginning of 2020, I was a successful corporate woman with an executive-level job, great benefits and a busy home life. Then March happened and the spool began to unravel. Fast forward to summer, and that job—along with those paychecks and benefits—fell victim to Covid-19. The shock of being out of work along with several million other people was a hard dose of reality that most of us would have given a hard pass to. But shock quickly gave way to sadness. Then...sheer panic. But somewhere along the way an idea took root.
But I'm an A-player! I should first mention, that I've always been the overachieving,"work can't get along without me" type. 60-, 70-, 80-hour work weeks were the norm. I believed that hard work is always rewarded with reciprocal loyalty. I hadn't banked on a pandemic. So faced with life on the edge of the precipice, what did I decide to do? I decided to jump.
Making a difference
Taking into consideration my considerable experience in packaging, branding and all-things-creative, The Good4 Box was born. It's a concept far greater than a "gift box"—it's about thoughtful, meaningful gifting with a healthy dose of charitable giving. It's business that is Good4 companies. Good4 people. Good4 you. We have so many services on our roadmap that will be of great value in our world's new normal. I am so excited to share this journey with you!
